The taper sleeve is mainly divided into TB taper sleeve, QD taper sleeve and STB taper sleeve. The holes where the taper sleeve matches the pulley are half-sided, and the two smooth holes on the taper sleeve and the two threaded holes on the pulley are respectively. A complete hole is formed, and a threaded hole on the taper sleeve and a smooth hole on the pulley form a complete hole. When assembling, place the two screws in the two threaded holes of the pulley. As the screws are continuously tightened in the threaded holes on the pulley, the threads will push the screws to the small end of the tapered hole on the pulley, and the tapered sleeve The two light holes are not completely processed, so that when the head of the screw presses against the bottom of the light hole, the force is transmitted to the taper sleeve, and the taper sleeve moves to the small end of the taper hole of the pulley relative to the pulley. At this time, because of the taper, the taper sleeve continuously wraps the shaft, and the shaft reacts to the taper sleeve and then acts on the pulley. In this way, the pulley, taper sleeve and shaft are tightly assembled together.
