Second, when the operator is preparing to transport materials, first check whether the power roller is bent and deformed, and whether the track where the roller is installed is bent or deformed, whether the conveyor roller track and the bracket are connected, and whether the screws are If there is a loose phenomenon, if this happens, stop the machine in time and make adjustments in time;

3. During the production and transportation of the production line in the assembly line, the operator shall not put tools and sundries on the conveyor roller.

Fourth, when the conveyor equipment is ready to be turned on, observe whether the rotating drum of the power roller rotates flexibly and whether there is a particularly unusual sound.

Fifth, when the production workers and the conveyor equipment are started, check whether the conveyed materials and the tooling board to the assembly line are operating normally.

      Sixth, production operators should place the materials produced and conveyed gently in the middle of the conveying machinery, so as not to cause strong impact when the materials deviate from the drum and damage the drum;
